MTB Tour guide & Tour preparation

As a child I was very interested in every kind of sport ( football association and wrestler ). After ma very activ lifetime I was educated as a sport paramedic, and I was looking as a sport paramedic after one football team.

 

My speciality as a sport paranedic:

- preparation to sport activities, stretching

- massage

- prophylaxis by sport injuries

After prolapsed intervertebral disc I started to ride a bike. I have to say it was very good choice and now I am very successful cyclist who knows excellent Black Forest.
