Befor we start to describe the whole route of St. Jamesh for sure everyone could fall asleep , it is so a long story but we will try. Our tour begins in Roncevalles city of famous fight between saracens and franks and probably the breavest knight in mittle ages-Roland. From Roncevalles on the hight 980m our way lead us to Pamplona(famous city because of Hemingway and bulls running) and Burgos till pilgrims city Santiago. We cross Rioja-country with the best spanish wein, iberian meseta with its gold wheat fields and then we pass ancient kingdoms of Navarra, Castylia and Leon. We will lead cross country with over 1000 years culture and history. In the cathedral Santo Domingo de la Calzeda we can have a look at chickens in caves which with help brave knight did not finish in a pot with soup. In 10 stages we walk 750 km over 5500 high. After first week we would like to have one day rest in Astorga before we start mountain stage and we finish in the green hart of Spain- marvellous Galizien. Everday we will walk about 75km but you do not have to worry about your luggage which bring with us our tourbus. If you will not be able to walk all the way or part of it you can always travel on our tourbus. (In cooperation with Winterhalter Bustouristik)
